Skyrim Show II. - Don Playa'

Dear Company,I am a software developer in Java language with 4 years experience and Object-oriented view. I was a web-application developer at a small company learned the basic and advanced about HTML, JavaScript, Google Web Toolkit (GWT), Angular Framework, Spring and Hibernate Frameworks. We programming with Java EE, used to go with Eclipse IDE, and I grab a lot of interesting plus knowledge.I tried the GWT, and then I make everything what was possible with the experience I earned with the Front-End and also on the back-end side, I tried to do my best in each position, but the Back-End and the Database (planning-developing-management) was really much more complex in me and I will find solution, instead of UI-and Frontend where I feel it is not a job for me.After these times, I work for a medical diagnostic devices (in-vitro diagnostic medical devices) developer-productor-reseller company.For example there are a 8-10 devices which are working on different technologies(optical, chemical, etc..), and we have to realize that I started to care after and implement the new generation of blood-glucose meter what is the most important thing for the company.I was also responsible the reagent department all software, which were created by me from the mechanical-check to the Roche specified and wrote down the required features about three QC measurement check. So about 60-70% of the production became to my responsibility.My work is around the production software’s, QC department, Reagent Department, and some extra project like android software development. This was a very hard job, because we know that perfect software could not be, but in this case, I cannot make any big mistake.I became a Leader Developer or Team Leader at 2014, at the start of the year. I got junior and middle level software developers.I had been working here for more than 6 years and I wants something else I think.The name of my company is 77 Elektronka Kft. this has a very good relationship with the Roche multi-company. The produced Urine Analyzers by the 77 Elektronika is the best, because the Roche, Analitycon, Vedalab and so more medical themed companies buys from us, and these Analyzers and Blood Glucose meters are sold all over the world.Now, at this moment I am a jobseeker. I could start working immediately with 6years hard experience of C#, .NET and Database(plan-implement-manage) which was done by me all day, from 6-7 o’clock till 21-22 o’clock.I also have 4 years web-based development experience, but the mainstream, the .NET line, C# language or anything or any type of database management – on the server side I am only a junior with 2 year’s experience, but client side always need to do for 10 years

THE VALUE PRICING MINDSET: 4 QUESTIONS TO REVEAL YOUR CLIENT VALUE

The Value Pricing Mindset: 4 Questions to Reveal Your Client Value
It’s so easy to put your head down, do your work and never internalize how amazing you are. If you can set up a WordPress website and install a few key plugins, you’re way ahead of most people around you.
If you can help someone refine their marketing message and really speak to their customers, you have the power to transform their business.
These are all examples of what we call client value: the visible and unique benefits you offer your customers. The more aware you are of your own client value, the greater your ability is to attract new clients and charge what you’re really worth.
If it’s so easy to forget how awesome you are, what can you do to help yourself see the immense value you offer your customers? Start by working through these four value pricing questions. As you explore these points, look at the real clients you have — putting a face to the people referenced in the questions below will help make these exercises real to you.

1. WHAT ARE THE URGENT NEEDS OF MY CLIENTS?

We start by focusing on your clients because your business should be all about providing them with value — if you aren’t doing this, your relationship with them will not last very long.
What are the biggest struggles your clients have? What keeps them up at night?If you work in marketing, then maybe your clients have an awesome product, but have no idea how to tell their clients about it. Their urgent needs would be greater clarity in their messaging and developing a fuller understanding of how they can help their customers (this gets pretty meta, huh?).
Once you’ve identified these urgent needs, you can begin to optimize your marketing material and value pricing model to speak to the crucial needs your customers have.

2. WHAT ARE THE 5 COMPELLING DESIRES MY CLIENTS HAVE?

In the last step you meditated on the urgent needs of your clients — the things they need to fix or change right away. Now it’s time to think about what they really want — and in many cases, dream of.
For some, it will be the impact they have on their customers. One of my clients helps people have awesome marriages, so their compelling desire is to give spouses the tools they need to have strong relationships for decades to come. Of course, the only way my client can do this is by finding those people that need help — so their second big desire is to find people that need the relationship council they offer.
Their third desire is to speak effectively to those prospects about their relationship needs so that these married couples will want to partake in the resources my client provides and begin working towards a better marriage with them. We can take this further into their desire for a proactive plan for better marriage conduct and a method for resolving conflicts when they arise.
Mapping out 5 compelling desires will help you paint a clear picture of what your client value should look like and better understand the client profile you service. It will also help you move from general to specific in comprehending your clients’ needs. This is key to the value pricing strategy.
Showing clients your big results will make your value pricing even more compelling to them

3. WHAT ARE THE BIGGEST RESULTS I PROVIDE?

Now it’s time to focus on yourself a bit — specifically what is it that you can do for your clients — what is your client value?
If you’re a designer maybe you help your clients by creating a website for them that converts their leads into customers. If you’re in marketing, your benefit should be helping people clarify their message and determine the best way for them to deliver this message to their customers so they can generate more sales.
In my case, as a consultant, my client value is that I help people figure out what type of business they want to run and the life they ultimately want to live. I help them connect the dots between that desired life and their business aspirations.
When your leads hear the big results you provide, they should instantly say to themselves: “I want those results too!”
I show prospects my big results when I introduce them to a client who went from their decent 5-figure job to a 6-figure consultancy in one year as I coached them. That’s my big picture/macro-level result, but you should also make a point to show prospects the micro results you got these clients, which ultimately got them to where they are now. These are points like: increased recognition, more sales, growing their email list, and more leads in their pipelines.

4. WHAT ARE THE CORE BENEFITS MY CLIENTS EXPERIENCE BY WORKING WITH ME?

It’s time to dive a bit deeper into the unique specifics of the client value you provide to your customers.
In my consulting practice I have helped numerous clients automate much of their work so they can get back to the things they’re best at, instead of wasting their time on little tasks that drain their energy. This is a unique thing I do, and it ties directly into the “find your niche” advice we often hear.
While any consultant can tell prospects that they’ll help them succeed, you have your own unique hand-full of high-level skills and areas of expertise that customers may not find anywhere else. When you have a specific vision for your clients’ success — one that differs from the generalities of the other guys, your services will capture attention.
How are you different from your competitors — what can you do that they can’t — how does your background make you uniquely qualified? You need to leave no doubt in your clients’ minds that your services are unlike anything else in your niche.

VALUE PRICING IS A WINNING APPROACH

Once you have these 4 questions answered you can start to look at your marketing material and see if you truly speak to the needs and desires of your clients. Look at your website and make sure that you’re showing your prospects the big results and benefits that you provide upfront in the form of case studies, testimonials, and action-driven copy.
If you do this, you will see a noticeable increase in leads because you’re speaking directly to what your prospects want. You will also notice that value pricing gives you the confidence to charge new and even long-standing customers what you really want to charge them for your services.
Clients will always be able to go to other people and pay less, but they won’t get those exclusive client value benefits that only you can provide. This is what they’ll get hung up on — and this is why they’ll choose you time and again.

.Net-C#-WPF-OO the story continoues...motherfuckerz

  1. Explain difference between class and object
In short, a class is the definition of an object, and an object is instance of a class.
We can look at the class as a template of the object: it describes all the properties, methods, states and behaviors that the implementing object will have. As mentioned, an object is an instance of a class, and a class does not become an object until it is instantiated. There can be more instances of objects based on the one class, each with different properties.
  1. Explain difference managed and unmanaged code.
Managed code is a code created by the .NET compiler. It does not depend on the architecture of the target machine because it is executed by the CLR (Common Language Runtime), and not by the operating system itself. CLR and managed code offers developers few benefits, like garbage collection, type checking and exceptions handling.
On the other hand, unmanaged code is directly compiled to native machine code and depends on the architecture of the target machine. It is executed directly by the operating system. In the unmanaged code, the developer has to make sure he is dealing with memory usage and allocation (especially because of memory leaks), type safety and exceptions manually.
In .NET, Visual Basic and C# compiler creates managed code. To get unmanaged code, the application has to be written in C or C++.
  1. Explain the difference between ’for’ and ’while’ loop.
Both loops are used when a unit of code needs to execute repeatedly. The difference is that the for loop is used when you know how many times you need to iterate through the code. On the other hand, the while loop is used when you need to repeat something until a given statement is true.
The syntax of the while loop in C# is:
while (condition [is true])
{
  // statements
}
The syntax of the while loop in VB.NET is:
While condition [is True]
  ' statements
End While
The syntax of the for loop in C# is:

for (initializer; condition; iterator)
{
  // statements
}
The syntax of the for loop in VB.NET is:
For counter [ As datatype ] = start To end [ Step step ]
  ' statements
Next [ counter ]
  1. Explain the difference between boxing and unboxing.
Boxing is the process of converting a value type to the type object, and unboxing is extracting the value type from the object. While the boxing is implicit, unboxing is explicit.
Example (written in C#):
int i = 13;
object myObject = i;        // boxing
i = (int)myObject;             // unboxing
  1. Discuss the difference between constants and read-only variables.
While constants and read-only variable share many similarities, there are some important differences:

  • Constants are evaluated at the compile-time, while the read-only variables are evaluated at the runtime.
  • Constants support only value-type variables, while read-only variables can hold reference type variables.
  • Constants should be used when the value is not changing during the runtime, and read-only variables are used mostly when their actual value is unknown before the runtime
  1. Explain what LINQ is.
LINQ is an acronym for Language Integrated Query, and was introduced with Visual Studio 2008. LINQ is a set of features that extends query capabilities to the .NET language syntax by adding sets of new standard query operators that allow data manipulation, regardless of the data source. Supported data sources are: .NET Framework collections, SQL Server databases, ADO.NET Datasets, XML documents, and any collection of objects that support IEnumerable or the generic IEnumerable<T> interface, in both C# and Visual Basic. In short, LINQ bridges the gap between the world of objects and the world of data.
  1. Discuss what garbage collection is and how it works.Provide a code example of how you can enforce the garbage collection in .NET.
Garbage collection is a low-priority process that serves as an automatic memory manager which manages the allocation and release of memory for the applications. Each time a new object is created, the common language runtime allocates memory for that object from the managed Heap. As long as free memory space is available in the managed Heap, the runtime continues to allocate space for new objects. However, memory is not infinite, and once an application fills the Heap memory space, garbage collection comes into play to free some memory. When the garbage collector performs a collection, it checks for objects in the managed Heap that are no longer being used by the application and performs the necessary operations to reclaim the memory. Garbage collection will stop all running threads, it will find all objects in the Heap that are not being accessed by the main program and delete them. It will then reorganize all the objects left in the Heap to make space and adjust all the Pointers to these objects in both the Stack and the Heap.
To enforce garbage collection in your code manually, you can run the following command (written in C#):
System.GC.Collect();
  1. Explain the difference between Stack and Heap
The short answer would be: in the Stack are stored value types (types inherited from System.ValueType), and in the Heap are stored reference types (types inherited from System.Object).
We can say the Stack is responsible for keeping track of what is actually executing and where each executing thread is (each thread has its own Stack). The Heap, on the other hand, is responsible for keeping track of the data, or more precise objects.
  1. Explain what is inheritance and why it is important.
Inheritance is one of the most important concepts in object-oriented programming, together with encapsulation and polymorphism.
 Inheritance allows developers to create new classes that reuse, extend, and modify the behavior defined in other classes. This enables code reuse and speeds up development. With inheritance, developers can write and debug one class only once, and then reuse that same code as the basis for the new classes. The class whose members are inherited is called the base class, and the class that inherits those members is called the derived class. By default, all classes in .NET are inheritable.
  1. What is a style?
WPF styling allows you to easily re-use a certain look for your controls all over the application. Using the x:Key property, you can decide whether a style should be explicitly referenced to take effect, or if it should target all controls no matter what
  1. What is a template? What is the difference between style and template?
A template describes the overall look and visual appearance of a control. For each control, there is a default template associated with it which gives the control its appearance. In WPF applications, you can easily create your own templates when you want to customize the visual behavior and visual appearance of a control.
Connectivity between the logic and the template can be achieved by data binding.
The main difference between styles and templates are listed below −
  • Styles can only change the appearance of your control with default properties of that control.
  • With templates, you can access more parts of a control than in styles. You can also specify both existing and new behavior of a control.
    There are two types of templates which are most commonly used −
  • Control Template
  • Data Template

  1. What is dependency properties?
In WPF applications, dependency property is a specific type of property which extends the CLR property. It takes the advantage of specific functionalities available in the WPF property system.
A class which defines a dependency property must be inherited from the DependencyObject class. Many of the UI controls class which are used in XAML are derived from the DependencyObject class and they support dependency properties, e.g. Button class supports the IsMouseOver dependency property.
  1. What is Visual and Logic Tree?
Elements of a WPF user interface are hierarchically related. This relation is called the LogicalTree.
 The template of one element consists of multiple visual elements. This tree is called the VisualTree.
WPF differs between those two trees, because for some problems you only need the logical elements and for other problems you want all elements.
  1. Property change Notification.
A very common and popular way to synchronize data between the model and the view in WPF is using DataBinding. The value of the model is transferred to the view once, when the binding is initialized. But for every subsequent change, the model must notify the binding to transfer the value again. This is done by implementing the INotifyPropertyChangedinterface on the model.
In the setter of every bound property there must be some code to raise the PropertyChanged event, passing the name of the modified property as a string. This has some disadvantages:
  • You cannot use Auto-properties
  • The property name is passed as a string. This brings ugly errors, when you forgot to change the string after a rename.
  • Every property needs extra code
  1. Differences between base classes: Visual, UIElement, FrameworkElement, Control
The Visual class provides for building a tree of visual objects, each optionally containing drawing instructions and metadata about how to render those instructions (clipping, transformation, etc.). Visual is designed to be extremely lightweight and flexible, so most of the features have no public API exposure and rely heavily on protected callback functions.
Visual is really the entry point to the WPF composition system. Visual is the point of connection between these two subsystems, the managed API and the unmanaged milcore.
UIElement defines core subsystems including Layout, Input, and Events.
FrameworkElement can be looked at in two different ways. It introduces a set of policies and customizations on the subsystems introduced in lower layers of WPF. It also introduces a set of new subsystems.
Control’s most significant feature is templating. If you think about WPF’s composition system as a retained mode rendering system, templating allows a control to describe its rendering in a parameterized, declarative manner. A ControlTemplate is really nothing more than a script to create a set of child elements, with bindings to properties offered by the control.
  1. ResourceDictionary
The items in a ResourceDictionary are not immediately processed when application code is loaded by a XAML loader. Instead, the ResourceDictionary persists as an object, and the individual values are processed only when they are specifically requested.
